Veterinary Surgery

During this course, instructors will focus on practical and important surgeries that can be performed in the head and neck region of dogs and cats. Surgical procedures that will be performed in the laboratory will include tonsillar surgery, lymphadenectomy, approach to the carotid artery for tourniquet placement, thyroidectomy/parathyroidectomy, tracheostomy and ear canal surgery.
